Is there a difference between Dark Night of the soul and dark night o the spirit? The dark night of the soul symptoms when going through the dark night of the spirit.
The dark night can last for a week or twenty years. However long it lasts, the whole purpose of this is to help you reach your spiritual destination- a union with God. This event is like a curtain on your soul. It is one of the darkest periods of life anyone can go through. How long does a dark night of the Soul last?
The Dark Night of the Spirit is the following:
1. Removes self-sufficiency, dying to self
2. God takes us to the cross
3. We come to the end of self
4. We realize we cannot do anything without God
5. God finally cuts the root, blocking that deep relationship with him.
6. We learn to obey regardless of the cost
7. God gets to the real root - blind spots
8. Hearing God more clearly
8. We change first, and then the world changes.
When we give our lives to the Lord, we are being betrothed by the Son. When dating, you get to know someone intimately. The Lord desires for us to become intimate with Him. To get there, the Lord takes you to the cross. We need to evolve, look more like the Father, and hear him more clearly to serve Him where He gets all the credit and realize we cannot do anything without him.

For those who want a deeper relationship with the father. The dark night of the soul has to do with mind, will, and emotions. This is where you have to conquer your soul. Sometimes, we allow our emotions to rule. Sometimes, our wills don't align with God's will. So, we go through the dark night of the soul to die to self and align to God's will, no longer ruled by feelings but depending on god verses. Also, developing a deeper relationship with god. What is a Dark Night of the Soul? The dark night of the soul is the wilderness experience that will wither or mature a person. You will feel as though you are in the valley. Jesus, after baptism and being filled with the spirit, went into the wilderness and prayed and fasted for 40 days and nights and was tempted by Satan. He passed and was released into his ministry. The wilderness experience is when God takes you in another direction and deals with sinful habits, strongholds of the mind, and wrong thinking contrary to God's Word. Like Jesus, we are tempted in three areas:
1) Pride issues,
2) lust of the eyes and
3) lust of the flesh.
We have to die to ourselves and take up our cross. How long does the dark night of the soul last? As long as it takes to not fight God and submit to him. God has to get things out of the way of our lives so that we can have a better relationship and be used or promoted in him. During the valley, you must learn how to overcome the flesh sermon. We have to learn how to die to ourselves daily.
Prayers Precious to Him. God hears our prayers. Your prayers are essential to God. God hears our cries. Our prayers are like incense revelation. The prayers of the saints are appreciated much because our prayers are heard. Don't give up; fight and press in during worship. Never give up in prayer, even if doubt and unbelief enter your head. Always pray and never give up. A man ought to pray without ceasing.

Why did Daniel survive the lion's den? Notably, Daniel was a man of integrity. In fact, he did not bow down to man. He was a man of integrity. In fact, Daniel knew a new law under King Darius but committed in his heart to remain steadfast in his prayer and praise to the Lord. As always, Daniel was faithful in prayer. Daniel 6:1-29. Daniel prayed to God three times a day. Conversely, the wicked men saw Daniel praying. Unfortunately, King Darius had government officials jealous of Daniel. He made an accusation about Daniel to King Darius to live up to his law and had Daniel thrown in the lion's den. Daniel 6:6-7. Daniel was an obedient, honest, and faith-filled man. He “was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him” (Daniel 6:3). He loved and followed God. As a result, God is faithful to those who are committed to him. Thus, the Lord closed the mouth of the Lion and Daniel, and Daniel lived. The king was happy that Daniel survived. Prayer is a tool we have at all times to communicate with God. God wants to hear from us daily. He wants to hear from us when we’re happy when things are going well, and when we are discouraged. Learn to walk in favor of god.

thou mightest see the battle.
Eliab accused David of
disobedience, insolence, and lack of responsibility. What basis did he have for
doing that? These accusations were false. Why the false allegations?Do you have people around
you making false accusations? They cannot deal with the truth. They must create
an alternate reality that places them at the top of an unassailable pile. Guard your heart! Will we allow the Eliab to stop you from your purpose, calling, etc.? David fulfilled
his purpose that day by killing Goliath.
David was the youngest and picked to be king, and Eliab was
jealous of David. David shows us how to deal with slander. David ruled his spirit and answered softly
back to his brother. Undoubtedly, his brother Eliab saidhurthim, but he would not let ithinderhim. Satan always has somebody to
tell us, “it can’t be done.” Eliab’s anger with the hatred of Joseph’s brethren
for him (Gen 37). David was more
concerned with God's cause then what people think. Are you
concerned about what people think? Do you fight back with accusations?

David learned to trust in the Lord during trials and tribulations. David developed a prayer life with the Lord daily while attending to his father's sheep. Later, David ran for his life from King Saul. His time with the sheep and with the Lord helped him endure the trials and tribulations of survival from King Saul. David praised God in the midst of trouble and the Lord protected Him.
