Learn about David, a Worshiper and Prayer Warrior. David was man after God's heart. David is a true worshipper in the bible. His time in the wilderness watching over the sheep of his father made David king of Israel. He learned to depend on God for everything. David learned to trust in the Lord during trials and tribulations. David developed a prayer life with the Lord daily while attending to his father's sheep. Later, David ran for his life from King Saul. His time with the sheep and with the Lord helped him endure the trials and tribulations of survival from King Saul. David praised God in the midst of trouble and the Lord protected Him.2 Samuel 6:14 "And David danced before the LORD with all his might. And David was wearing a linen ephod."
2 Samuel 6:20 "Michal, the daughter of Saul, came out to meet David and said, ‘How the king of Israel honored himself today, uncovering himself today before the eyes of his servants’ female servants, as one of the vulgar fellows shamelessly uncovers himself!’"
2 Samuel 6:22 "I will make myself yet more contemptible than this, and I will be abased in your eyes. But by the female servants of whom you have spoken, by them I shall be held in honor."
