Prevention and Control of Disease vs. Disease Maintenance

Changing how you think, speak, and act is a biblical concept of disease prevention. Anything you can remove and still be you... it's not your true identity. We are more powerful than sickness and disease - but we can also create Wholeness, and health involves all three parts of who we are - spirit, soul, and body. Stress, worry, and anxiety are not "normal"... they're just more acceptable terms for FEAR.

Not all of your thoughts are really yours.  It's easier to love people when you understand their true identity, even if they don't. "It's not ok to hate yourself..." People are cool with Jesus but have a wrong understanding of the Father

Both apathy and a performance-driven mindset hinder a real relationship with our Father. Negative crap that tries to come up in you is not your true identity - you owe it nothing. "Self-pity is the superglue of hell that binds us to the past." - 

Dr. Henry Wright shares that Self-pity is a sort of twisted false comfort: "Nothing good can ever be created by focusing on the negative..." The vast majority of disease is directly related to your heart and mind. Fear = negative faith.  Every thought has a chemical, hormonal, or nerve response in our bodies. 

Truth should not be used as a weapon. "Helping" people is often just an accusation. Bitterness literally poisons you. Evil can never be satisfied. Envy and jealousy make something other than God your source.

Rejection is a vicious cycle.

Religion is a mixture of truth and error.  An unloving spirit causes victimization. People in addiction don't love themselves. Addiction is a false, short-lived comfort. Fear always tries to come up with plan B. Fear focuses on the negative and projects it into the future. You have the whole Holy Spirit. Unfavorable scenarios are an opportunity to practice overcoming all the above.
